Our fees for the conveyancing are $1,500 plus GST (total $1,650).  If you accept these fees please complete the questionnaire available at the below link and we will then be in contact with you.  

Steps1: You initiate the process.  To engage us we ask that you complete the questionnaire as much as possible.  If there is anything you are unsure of just write ‘unknown’.  Alternatively if you are not great with online forms please contact us and we will go through the information with you over the phone.

Step 2: We prepare the documents. Once we have the relevant information from you either via the questionnaire or a phone call we will apply for relevant certificates and prepare the section 32 (vendor’s statement) and contract of sale.  

Step 3: You review the documents. Once prepared we will email this to you before arranging you to sign the section 32.  At this point in time you will also receive our costs disclosure statement and other information relevant to your sale. 

Step 4: Sign section 32 and provide documents to your agent.  Once the documents are in order we will arrange for you to sign the section 32 (usually via Docusign) before sending everything to your selling agent (if applicable).
